Any backgournd beta on "V.I.B. Imports"

In the market for a Deli and in my search for positive references regarding dealers I haven't found much regarding V.I.B. despite them having a fair few on lot. I assume they're newer but does anyone have any experience or info to pass on?

To cut it short, I've seen low grade sub-2 vehicles in their shop being 'dressed up' and sold as grade 4.
Headlights and tires were still the originals from Japan (not compliant) and average prices.

My experience/opinion about their two locations/sale people/shop would have to lean on the negatory side.

I can't stand to see people getting ripped off.

This was last year. Things may have changed, so take my post with a grain of salt.

Hopefully they have improved things.
