Have the timing belt, tensioners and front oil seals been changed?

Timing belt, yes of course. Not sure about the tensioner, I might be able to ask the last owner. Oil seals and the pan seal was done as well.

I talked to the last owner. He did the tensioner bearing, the seals and the water pump and thermostat are new OEM parts, not cheap aftermarket.
