You can buy a freq expander. Glenn at CC Auto sells them. They run about $20. The numbers don't line up with our stations but you can save the stations in the presets. Works for me.

North America FM: 88 to 108 MHz
Japan FM: 76 to 90 MHz

North America AM: 530 to 1700 kHz, 10 kHz steps
Japan AM: 531 to 1602 kHz, 9 kHz steps

Your best bet is to buy a new radio.
