Meet Ellie...Ellie...meet the extended family.

Post by Delicanagan »

Ellie (can ya hear her name when ya say Delica?) came into our family on December 1 07...and has adjusted to us quite well. So far we love her and although the dirt on her in the pics may try to tell ya different...pay no attention...the dirt is merely a sign of how much we love her...we take her everywhere we go. ;)
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce Ellie to the rest of you and let her know she is in BC now...and I hope her new Canadian extended family is happy to see her here and welcomes her with open palms in the traditional high five form, thumbs up, peace signs and smiles...Lots of smiles.

This is Ellie:

Notice the shoes on Nibi. We just got back from snowshoeing and I gotta say as a side note...dog shoes RULE for snowsports.

Well, I hope to see more of the "fam" on our highways and BC backroads. Cheers all from the sunny Delicanagan Valley!

Well, hello there. Good to meet you and welcome to the club. Could one assume that you live in the Okanagan Valley somewhere?

Welcome to the family
Good looking Delica. Couldn't help but notice your clear driving lights. Are they spots or floods. I'm installing spot driving lights and noticed yours weren't covered. Are they wired into the high beams? What kind of a beam do they give and what distance do they cover.

Thanks

Just a switched set of lamps from Can. Tire...spots...switched...no covers came with...so none used. We found the low beams a bit too low beam for our liking...and so I read of another member with same issue that did same fix. I believe the other member wired his to his low beams but am not sure...I went with the easiest, quickest method...just can't forget to turn em off.

cheers

Photo taken at 120 km/hr with the cliffs along the Coq. as a backdrop.

It was getting close to dusk and we had just broken out of some rather hairy weather between Abby and Hope, petering out just shy of the snowshed. When we got past the booths, the sun was bright and the golden hue had begun...it was a perfect time of day for scenery.

Does this hat make my head look big?
