Hello all!
first off, let me say thank you to the enthusiasts that frequent this site. It helped me to take the plunge and order my 93 Jasper and Exceed this year. There is a ton of very useful information on this site, and i hope to make connections with some of you frequent users. I am particularly interested in chatting with anyone who has camperized their Deli (I'm a westfalia convert).
I have had the Jasper for three months now, and after having Glen and the CC boys do their magic, it has been running smooth (thanks for all the CC recommendations on this site!!!). My late 93 exceed (white) is sitting at his shop right now, awaiting pick-up. It should have it back in Victoria in a few days.
I will announce right now that one of these two prized possessions will soon be up for sale. I did not intend to get into the deli-dealing business, but the first one I ordered for a friend who backed out at the end (he was driving back to Quebec, and was nervous about finding a competent Deli mechanic in Sherbrooke). For anyone interested, I will post an add on this site as soon as i get some photos.
Johnny.

Welcome and well met. You went big with your first purchase - two at a time! Wow! You're lending some truth to another's comment about how in Victoria "Delica's are like belly buttons - everyone's got one!" Except you're got two, which would be weird... if they were belly buttons... on you.
Seriously though, which one are you keeping, or have you not yet decided? Gotta get those pictures up there on the web so we can all make funny noises, like when someone brings their newborn baby over to their friend's house for the first time.

Welcome Johnnymack.
I'm in Victoria too. I'm still waiting on mine, it's on the way down from the motherland. But I'm sure we'll meet at a local meet someday.

Welcome JCMack,
If the Deli-dudes n dudettes over on the rock are anything like the crew I met at my first get together here on the mainland, you'll have a blast. A great bunch o people with a common interest, and knowledge. Enjoy !!

By the time you realize that my signature has no real message or life altering words of wisdom, you're too far into it to stop reading until you are finished
