glow plugs clicking in and out while engine running and hot

I get a huge vacuum when I open my tank to fill it, should it be venting somewhere?

Hi, Green 1 , pls check all your injector fuel line. when its running if you see any bubble on the injector you have a leak line. i guess maybe your guys did not replace the injector seal when he istall back your cylinder head. its a must to change it when you take out the injector.
now if still leak check your fuel filter maybe need to tight a little bit more, after that check again the fuel line from injector to the pump if any loose or leak on it. then finally try to blead the fuel line from the
injector with 1,000 RPM on it. let some diesel fuel go do it one by one.
then. see if this works. hope it works. just need patient & your be o.k.
