Part 3 is complete but I didn't take any pictures.

I'll get some of the finished product. I also got the shackles from Bruce, The front end was lifted as much as it would go and the rear was just a tiny bit lower. That extra inch made an amazing difference.

I'll get some pictures soon enough.

Sweeeeeet,

Wish you hadn't posted those pictures Adam; that 2 inches and the 31' MT's really transforms your rig! Bet twice as many people ask you about your van now.

Me jealous.

Cheers,
Kevin

I ordered my new rims and BFG's... can't wait. I am super stoked. I should be getting them in another week or so. Here's what the rims look like... just steel ones, but I think they will look sharp on my black beast.

Image

I am skining them with BFG 31/1050/R15's... and of course using some shackles from Bruce. I'll be in the club with Adam! (Pirate something or others hey?)

Adam, have you head of the D Rangers? I figure any Corb Blund quoter might have caught wind of them... I thought it would be a great name to "steal" for a Delica 4x4 club... the D rangers. Anyhow...

haven't heard of them but I wouldn't mind. Those rims look rad. Did you go 7 inches wide?

Can someone who has 31/1050/15's on 7" rims shoot me a few pics of where they trimmed the wheel wells... I already took off the steps.

Any help would save me some time/trial and error. Thanks

Hey, I didn't trim anything or remove the front steps! Been operating this way since the end of January with no problems.

I did take off the mud flap and carefully bent metal bracket that held the end of the mud flap back so it was flush with the inside of the wheel well.

Well I say carefully but I used a large ball pein to do the bending.

I hope these pics help.

Andy

Do you do any offroading? Drive down any back roads? Bounce around a lot? No snags yet hey? Thanks for the pics, very helpful... my wheels have been delayed (suprise, suprise, the way it is up here...) so i have to wait another week. I am super excited about it.

I have trimmed up and mine still rubs. especially loaded with 6 guys and camping gear driving to california. but yeah, i dont know how yours doesn't rub, you sure you have 31s? haha. I know my mudders are a bit larger than ATs, what kind of tired are you using anyways?

Think I should bring them up josh? and stay on your couch for a month? haha.
