North West Territories plate in the Capital (Novemeber)

I Spotted a fully packed up Delica with a North West Territories plate in downtown Ottawa, they spotted my rig parked on the opposite side of the street and pointed at it (I was on the sidewalk) I hope your enjoying your road trip, I would love to hear about your route, looking to head up to the territories next year on a road trip.
Thhis was the first Delica i have seen since I moved here in March!
