You aren't the first, but you are a leader. There are several in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, at least one in Montreal, one in Matane (Lost1, hope I got location right).
If your french is passable, you might want to check out http://forums.rhdquebec.com/ to see if they have any recommendations. Any mechanic who isn't scared of RHDs and/or diesels should be able to work on it. You might have to supply part numbers or specifications (e.g., numbers for wheel alignment) but this forum can supply those.
