Kei Cars in Ontario Canada.

Did a great job and found me a really clean van in great condition.

He changed the oil but did not change the filter and did not tell me he only changed the oil. So the oil filter started leaking really bady. Easy fix but I thought it was something worse since I thought he had put a new filter when he changed the oil.

Tires passed inspection but they are old and he did not put new ones.

Good guy to deal with and he will find a well maintained van but take into account he will only do what is required to pass safety inspection in Ontario. Which still means you might not have to do repairs (ie: change all the fluids, filters, belts, hoses, and tires).

Just keep it in mind.
