Delica Stereo

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Delica Stereo

Post by lrp374 »

I decided to keep the stereo cassette and bought the FM expander. Now that I'm actually using the unit it seems to work for about 15 minutes and then the speakers start to go on and off @ every bump. I've still got the dash apart so I've been wiggling wires once it warms up and with just the right touch everything works. I can't tell if it's the connector, wires or the stereo. Anybody else had this problem?

( The FM expander works great when the speakers work.)

I've done some more testing today and the unit is on-off once the van warms up whether it has been on or not. I'm now convinced it's a problem with the stereo. I've taken it apart to some degree but all I can really look for is circuit board issues.

Does anyone have one of these for sale c/w connections to the Audio Stage in the rear? I believe all Super Exceeds had this type of system.
Thanks

Mine was pulled when new stereo was installed. Haven't given any thought to what it might be worth. But I'm in Calgary. Other than that ...
