Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

type of fuel pump?

Post by loki »

what type of fuel pump is on the deli? rotary, inline or what? I just want to check as I'm going to attempt my WVO conversion tomorrow and there is something that is specific to rotary (distributor style) pumps.

Rotary.

Glad you found the time for your Elsbett install, hope it goes smoothly. Please share some install pictures with us (we've all been patient enough  )

I plan to take lots of pics. I hope I don't run low on time, I was thinking of building the filter first but I'm reconsidering, the van should probably go first so if I hit a snag I have time to fix it, the filter can happen anytime anywhere really, it's not that technical. The only thing I'm not sure about at the moment is the heat washers for the injectors, I don't think they come in the kit but it says you need to replace them anytime you pull the injectors, how big a deal is it if I have to put the injectors back in with the old ones for a week or so till I get the new ones.

I'm pretty stoked about the install though, fingers crossed :)
