When my Van is cold it likes to make a squeeling sound.. Im pretty sure its one of the belts..
I havent had a chance to look yet..
seems to amplify when turning the front wheel..

probably a belt..... mostly easy to adjust (and obvious), except the Alternator belt which is a bit of a PITA, it's best accessed with a flexible head, flat-ratcheting wrench through an access hole in the driver's front wheel well (you'll have to turn the steering to get the tire and wheel out of the way, and you may need to jack the vehicle up slightly to line the hole up with the adjuster bolt.)

Solutions :
Replace belts with OEM and not aftermarket (cold/old belts will loose some of their elasticity and cause the squeaking when cold)
Inspect/replace pulleys and/or waterpump (old pulleys can cause squeaking)
Those two are very common. I'd say very common on most Delica's coming over here that have not had the belts/pulleys changed.
Will cause squeaking in cold/wet weather at startup and low idle.
