Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

THANK YOU CVI!!!!

Drive from Kamloops to Vancouver: down to 50km/hr on the steepest hills, belching thick black smoke all the way, fill up light lit upon arrival (left Kamloops full).

Drive from Vancouver to Kamloops (same load as trip down, plus a few hundred pounds of IKEA furniture): down to about 85km/hr climbing snowshed hill, minimal smoke, almost 1/4 tank of fuel remaining.

Hmmmm, I think it made a difference.....

Thanks again!

Don't you just love a story with a happy ending?

I am in there on Wednesday morning, 09:00, for just that. Butch made a wee little adjustment on the kick down linkage the other day and I have already saved on fuel and got more out of the Miss Lil' Bitchi! in the way of performance. I can't wait to give them $300.00... smiles.

CVI is on #5rd near Bridgeport
Mardy's office is on #3rd near Lansdowne

So about 5km apart?

Could someone tell us how long this tune-up takes? A few hours or half a day kind of thing? Also is it a long wait to schedule appointments there or can it be set up a day before?

I left mine there for the day but I think it takes about 4 hours. Best 360.00 I have spent on my Pajero. Fuel economy has gone up by around 10 percent and slight improvement in power. But the starting has been the best improvement, I will know better when it gets colder out here in Alberta but even when the temp drops to single digits overnight it starts like a dream. These guys know their Mitsubishi's.

just to put another good word out there about the delica tune!! Thanx so much to Butch and Edwin for all the work(timing belt including everything, block heater, new rad and oviously the delica tune) they've done to my van!!! AND what a difference , no more white smoke in "cold" morning , almost no black smoke in hard acceleration, far less vibration and a big peace of mind that my van should last for as long as possible. Thanks again from a very happy Pedro!! :-D :-D

I live on the Shore and I make it a point to drive to Richmond to CVI. I don't think that there is any one on the Shore who know these machines like Butch & Edwin at CVI.

Hey everyone,
Just wondering if anyone knows of a similar place or option in the Vernon/Kelowna area.... If not than just wondering what is all involved in a 'Delica tune' so mabey I can talk to a couple places here. I understand a Injector supersonic clean/timing set...
Thanks!

That is just the begining, first you get a worm welcome and a handshake, then the service to the delica,in the mean time if you have something that also needs fixing ,like in my case the wet floor syndrome, than bring some grubbys and get to work(if thats your thing) or fiddle around with something that you have a concern about, like in Felcos case a none beeping horn and ask ANY question you can think about thats on your mind about your van, its a great day spent learning. That's if you dont want to watch the process being done on the tune.It is a good half day at the shop but what Butch and Edwin do and what resault you get is worth every dime, and you get to meet 2 more great people on this crazy planet who are just fantastic,or you can go for lunch with a fellow Deli and club member and wip up some great conversation if so be it.Is it worth it,ye'up,dose it make a differance ye'up,dose my spelling suck ye'up,do i care nope. Thanks again CVI.evrything is good.

p.s It was good chattin with ya Paul.

Take care,
