replacing bus bar
anyone know what gauge wire I should use to replace my bus bar? I'm having issues starting and I'm not confident that the plugs have a good connection and I think replacing the bar with wires for each will help with that. correct me if I'm wrong, wouldn't be the first time :)

Re: replacing bus bar
It should be at least the same as the power wire going to the bar. 10 or 12 gauge should be the one. Also if you are making a harness for the plugs you might want to consider using the U shaped connectors. I'm forever dropping those damn lil nuts off the plugs into the engine bay never to be seen again when hooking up the wires. Then again , the Deli's glow plugs are not horizontal like on Jetta's with 2 of the buggers being behind the IP.
Good Luck
