I was wondering how things were going for you as well.
I'm not sure I can sell it though. I've put so much into it and the thing is in such good shape, just not so sure about how much longer my current employer is going to last so I want to be prepared in case the next year or 2 dont go so well.

Although I don't know your situation, I would be less inclined to change horses in the middle of the road, as it were. The economic tide is ebbing at this moment, but I am sure it will flood before too long. Why not take the seats out (for the time being) and use your wagon for work instead of getting another truck?

I wasnt planning on going all in on a new venture, more of a side job to start and see how it goes. And I need the ability to pull about 10,000 lbs.

I'd buy it in a heart beat if we weren't bleeding cash on building our house. Your veg system is what mine aspires to be :-)

Hey Deli Community, Just a quick note of encouragement for potential buyers:

Eric's deli is a great buy, especially for a newby, as he has worked the bugs out of it.

For those who don't know him, Eric is a long time member, with great mechanical knowledge, who has helped many owners fix their delica issues. So he is trustworthy, not just some fly-by-night backyard importer.

His is the low roof version, so will fit into shopping mall parking lots.

Hey Eric, I am sad you're selling, feel free to borrow mine anytime you feel the sentimental urge to tinker on a Delica.

Christine.

The '90 model only has lap belts in the rear seats, correct? If it had shoulder belts for my kids, I would be pretty interested in this one.

Good luck,
Shane

Yes only lap belts. I have tried to find shoulder belts from a Delica that I could install but never had any luck finding ones that matched the dark grey. I know that is a big hang up for alot of people and I will probably install some on the middle 2 seats at least if I could find some and then try and sell the truck for a bit more.
On a side note, it is kind of handy as kids dont need booster seats with lap belts so I never had to worry about hauling those around.
