I saw that one, too ~ on my way to the District yard. Looks like they haven't torqued their torsion bars. Must leave a card on their windscreen.

I used to work in a sign/decal shop. Stuff like that is pretty easy to design and install.
And it usualy doesnt cost as much as one might think. It's also pretty durable in holding up against stonechips.

Nice vinyl work for sure... though due to the nature of the text, I missed that leg on the "a" in wag, and thought it said "Wog Zone", whoops.
