Sweet.

Your Delica and Harbercraft are a color great match! Wouldn't have looked as right if you had the white bars. Have a blast.

Tight lines,
Kev

OOOHHHH YEAH!
Where are you off to?
We're heading out for our first FF outing on Sunday. Towing the zodiac into Saskatchewan's north. Rainbows beware!
Anybody looking for a great flyfishing Delica adventure, there are a few Delicas here that are looking to plan a trip this summer.
ZIIIIIINNGG!
Tight lines,

Thomas, I think he's stoked and off an 'running to the flybc.ca fish-in at Dragon this afternoon. Bet Kevin won't stop to check a PC. :D

It kills me not being able to go, but adding my 6 hour drive to the LML plus the 8 up country (Leave at 5:30 am to get there after 10pm - given no stops - and yes, fishing is worth that drive), plus the fact I can't lift my dingy now; cause I don't have the work excuse to get in the way at all! But I'll be satisfied with fishing with my son here in the big boat.

It's the after reports of these big fish-in's that just kill me, they always have a super time - even if the weather and fishing suck. Well off course, right. That's part of the reason I had to make the Delica meet, just like so many around here reading (post meet) about the great times had by all that attended. Ya know, saying to yourself; darn I was I had gone..........

You have a great time too!! Image

Kev - would love to try some north Saskatchewan fishing one day!

Very cool, I grew up in Quesnel and spent alot of time on Dragon Lk. I will be heading back to visit some family this summer.

Flex, I've made the trip between the LML and the Interior via through the canyon more times than I can count, I prefer, and reccomend, the Pemberton route.

Are you single handing or Spay? Good luck, tight lines and say Hi to anyone with the last name of Fisher for me.

Was a great time, and the Delica performed flawlessly (cept it was a slug on the Coquihalla lol) had a great time, and I will be using it as a fishing vehicle for a long time.
I do both single hand and spey, though in the lakes just single handed. :D

Looks like your had the weather and a great time. Too bad you didn't catch anything, you would have posted pictures of a fish if you had , right.

That first pic of the Delica cruising through the sage is a great shot, a real poster of what a Delica's good for.

(That's definitely not Dragon, no house every 90 feet)

Cheers,
Kev

Looks like there is a fish in the foil on the fire. Flex must have been around Kamloops fishing some of those sweet lakes there.

As I sit here (Friday 7:40 am), the weather is perfect, the lake is calm, I think I'll walk the 40 feet to shore and start fishing :D :D :D :D

PS. Flex - Davey P. is still shaking his head about your Deli, he expected it from me.

I bailed on Dragon Lake and ended up in the Merritt/Kamloops area as you suspected, and that is one of the many trout I caught in the coals lol!

Doc...Tell Dave it's just a matter of time till he wants one too

Flex: I love that first photo (May 11 post)... the Delica in it's natural habitat... it just looks so at home out there.
