No. It has had the regulator removed. I average on Marine out to HS Bay 65-70k.

Sweet! I have a Tomos Targa with a Bi-Turbo Exhaust, 27 teeth rear sprocket and a K & N filter. I can hit 70 km + on flat. But it doesn't have the torque to go up hill. I am planning a 70 cc stroke kit sometimes in the near future.
