I'm sorry everyone. I have been delicrazy ever since I saw my first one a few years ago. My wife and I have been dreaming and thinking of getting our own tardis on wheels. But last Saturday I made my purchase. It wasn't a delica. It is, however a RHD. And it is a van. It has 4 wheel drive. Huge glass roof and power windows. And it is tons of fun to drive.
My name is Steve and I have a 1991 Subaru Sambar van. six hundred and sixty cc's of supercharged fury. One lady asked me yesterday if it was one of those new electric cars. Pretty cool.

Re: Public Apology
What an amazing van. We absolutely love them and would consider it for our 2nd vehicle.
The Sambar was the very reason why we bought our Delica. After we moved to BC it was the first to catch our eye...but after doing some reasearch and talking to a few people we found out the engine would blow if you drove it on the highway at regular speed for too long. Since we were going to make this our main car (and I would be commuting from N.Van to Coquitlam each day for work) we thought it would be best to get something different and the rest is history.
Nice purchase. Love it!

Those are cool, especially the VW versions. I'd consider one for ripping around town here in Edmonton; would be great in Winter with some grips!

Sweeeeeeeeet.
The wife almost talked her self into one of those as a 2ndxvehicle. With 3 kids, it wouldn't work. Have to leave the wife behind .........hmmmm.
So much room, not sure why they did not come as a 6 seater!
