my van layout pics.

Post by joostio »

this is my camper interior thread. my interior was designed to be able to travel with the 2 rear seats, have a large bed and carry my trials bike on sundays.
van has rv batt, dc cooler fridge. almost queen size bed with memory foam mattress. awning, lino floor. this is a great setup for me and all I need this van to do. more pics to come of table/counter and front curtain.

Nice set-up, but my only question is this. You have a trials bike, why use a ramp? :?

cool .. i like what you have done.. very versatile.. its fun eh?

the fish net stockings work well, but make sure not too but anything sharp in them, not good for the tint when going over bumps .

PS how much TP do you really need? I guess you can never really have enough :-D

I like... one question though, how do those shelves behind the front seats attach, and how much of a pain is it now to open the "hood"?

That is truly great - functional and neat. I like the shelf behind front seat, too. I really like it !

the shelf removes easily once emptied. held in place with a bungee around headrest. sits perfectly still. sorry for the delay, more interior detail pics comming soon. the other shelf removes easily too with no tools. I was thinking modular when I built this.

Great versatile layout, those selves do look pretty darn handy; after many years of great sleeps in our Delica always had a hard time access stuff well in bed. Good idea using the headrest, a piece of wood drilled to fit the two metal posts would work also, and be easy to remove. Sometimes sleeping in a great local in a comfy set up like that beats home doesn't it?

Know whom lives above you and know whom just moved in below you...no worries though there great kids!

Some keen soul should accumulate all the different bed layout pictures and put in as a sticky post.
