Banff, TCH Westbound above 3rd Vermillion Lake

Banff, Trans Canada, Westbound above 3rd Vermillion Lake (about 3 km W of Banff). Friday morning about 11:30 AM two tone blue Exceed with B.C. Plates. I was on the side of the road in the truck with the flashing lights.
