A/C Compressor replacement

Went to get the A/C checked the other day since the weather here in Florida is reaching triple digits and the Delica is still warm with the air on full. The shop told me that the condenser is leaking and the compressor might need to be replaced as well. If anyone knows what the part numbers for these two items are then i can get my hands dirty replacing them.
(2.4L Inline 4 petrol)
