Wow, dust and speed. We had neither. Only on the Tsiigehtchic-Inuvik stretch did we get over 85 for more than 30 seconds, and produce dust. Most of the rest of the run was done at 40-75, with probably 1/3 of it in 4WD. It was in rough shape, but it pretty much eliminated traffic.
