Hey Everyone!,
Just about to buy a 94 Pajero 2.8l turbo diesel and have looked everywhere but cant seem to find out how much you can tow with this suv?

Same as the Montero V6, same as the L400 Spacegear 2.8 .... rule of thumb 75-85 % of the vehicle's weight.
It will tow a LOT better than the 2.5 intercooled TD.
Phil over on 4x4wire has been towing with his 2.8 since last winter and said it's night and day compared to the 2.5, however it's not a cummins diesel.
Just install a pyro/egt probe/gauge and you'll be set.

That's what I would be comfortable at max.
