Re: Mardy's Delica's
and maybe if you have a problem with his website or advertisements, it would be more tactful to take it up with him in an email, private message, over the phone, or better yet, in person! you might find that you will get a better response than to call someone out in public!

Re: Mardy's Delica's
The word 'mint' used to describe something can be very different between two people.
I understand where you are coming from, but browse through any used ad's/craigslist/kijii, etc... I would bet that most 'mint' things for sale are not 'mint' to yours or my standards. Or perhaps they are. Who knows. Only you can judge when you see it, whatever that may be, in person.
Going by your title Mardy's Delica's
I can say he delivers consistently above average quality Delica's with the added benefit of honesty and trustworthiness.
Knowing Mardy and having seen many of his JDM's for sale, his description would include the 'whole' vehicle's condition asthetic/mechanical.
In my opinion, he is not misleading. In fact, he is the most honest and upfront JDM dealer I know and if you look at his public record (others commenting on his behalf) you will see that he is very consistent across the board.
And I agree with the last poster's comments. If you have an issue with a dealer/seller's 'wording', then I would talk to them first and even then, it is your sole opinion on how the word is used and what it means to you.

No problem just don't want to see an issue that might transpire for him from a potential buyer that's all.fexlboi wrote:So what is it then?DelicaFreaka wrote:This is not intended to bash Mardy or his vehicles

I am fully aware that he has a great rep.

glad to see you're clearly looking out for Mardy, and have his best interests at heart--perhaps the best back-handed complement i've ever seen.

Re: Mardy's Delica's
If you read my response above, reading 'between the lines' pretty much spells it out.
He was just curious about Mardy's use of the wording 'mint'. The original poster has his own opinion on what that word means to him as does every person. He was just speaking out loud on the forum.
Nothing bad. Just wording.
And that shows a point.
When you type something out on an internet forum, so many different people read it and interpret it in their own personal way. You may offend some people, you may receive praise for certain things you type. But when it comes down to it, there is no 'one advertisement' or one 'harmonious bunch of words' to make every reader happy.
That's the way it is when you type things out for others to read. They interpret it how they interpret it.
