I'm posting this on the off chance someone else has had the same problem, since the rains have hit i've recently noticed the drivers side floor is soaked... It happens whenever it rains, Driving or parked, theres NO leak from the door seals or the windscreen infact nothing gets wet above the floor, there are no holes in the floor pan and its not rusty, i've tried pouring water all over with the carpet up (headlights, door seals etc) and I see nothing, yet after its rained the carpets soaked...
Does anyone know of a good trick to find leaks? or better still had exactly the same one and fixed it :)
thanks for any suggestions..

I think most of us have been there... It's been a hot topic on this forum MANY times. There are numerous threads on this site regarding this topic.Kinl wrote:I'm posting this on the off chance someone else has had the same problem kinl
Here are a few to get you started...but the search feature does wonders.

I've also found if you lift the carpet and look forwar towards where the headlight bucket would be there is a seam at the bottom that will leak as well.

As the general consensus appears to be that I do not know what I'm talking about, and cause more harm than good, I am removing this post so that others are not tricked in to following my ill-advised instructions.
