The van is a Hyundai Grace, a badge-engineered L300. Hyundai built them under license from Mitsubishi. Hyundai also did the Starex, a badge-engineered L400, and the Galloper, a badge-engineered Pajero.
Their headlights don't fit their Mitsubishi equivalents.
