Upgraded Forum to phpBB3

I've now upgraded this forum software to phpBB3 --

Please let me know if you have any difficulty with the new software. Some of the features (i.e., Delica Owners Map) will be updated over the weekend. In the interim, the database transfer appears to have gone fine.

BTW, there MAY have been a post or two lost in the process (over the past 20 minutes or so while updating). Hopefully this doesn't cause too much inconvenience!

I like the look - it's a nice improvement.

2 cents added here: As for the Deli map, frankly I could do without it. I'd rather have it as a link on the bottom of the page rather than live. But that's just me.
