Gday from Maddog64 in Australia

Post by Maddog64 »

I'm Maddog64 and I live in Australia and have no fixed address at the moment but Australia :-D

Image

I drive a 94 L400 super exceed, Dark blue over silver/Grey

Image

Missesbitchi, (my deli) has had
a 2"blocklift,
Blistien shockies,
airlift airbags,
runs on 16" sunraysia rims shod with Cooper STC's
Runs the Huntergas sequent II deisel/gas system
2.5" aftermarket dump pipe
2.5" exhaust from dump pipe all the way back with a turbo muffler midway
Switchable turbo boost, boost controller. I run at stock boost 10psi, but at the flick of a switch she'll boost to 14 psi for a little extra overtaking power.
Oil catch can between engine and inlet pipe to turbo reducing sooty oil going through turbo
Custom Maddog64 Snorkle
Narva 225 HID spot/driving light combo x 2
Narva 225 100 watt Spots x 2
Uniden Dual band UHF

I think thats about it for now, well thats all I can think of at the moment. She was set up for long distance outback touring and serves me beautifully

Cheers all

Hey and Welcome,
It's really cool to hear from more Australians lately!
You have a pretty nice rig and some of the modifications
are of great interest to our members too.
I was not aware of switchable boost, sound good!

Did you pick up the van with all the modification or do them along the way?

Please post more pictures of your van and maybe some
shark riding, roo racing ,croc wrestling and general outbackery!
(but definitely more of your van) :-D

Right on! 8-)
p.S
I think you should delete your photo mate.. It may scare the locals. You look a bit bearlike...
We have a very similar looking fellow in the club and he has not bitten anyone yet,
that I know of.....not without their permission anyhow. :-D :M

Cheers, Maddog.
Added leaf in the rear suspension; Rancho 9000 air shocks (adjustable); mandrel pipe. I am looking into a boost gauge with controls but I'm not quite there yet
