Need specs for front wheel alignment
Can someone point me to where to find them.
The tire shops don't have them here and I do need
a front end alignment.
Please don't just say use the search engine.

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
The official Mitsubishi data is as follows:
Camber: 0º30’ ±45’
Castor: 3º±1º
Toe-in (at wheel rim): 0-3
Toe-in (per wheel): ±8’
I found it in 3o seconds using the "S" werd
Cheers

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
I don't know why people think they need to quip,
does it make them feel special inside or smarter than
everyone else?
No, I don't have a data plan on my phone so would
prefer to not spend cash doing googles on stuff that
I was hoping someone might just be able to post.
BTW
Thanks GolfCart for posting the specs. No one else
really was much help.
It's been a rough day, so yah, make my day.

Smarter?? I don't know if someone is a "Insider" or "Special" if he is using the search this days.
You are not new, so after 200 posts you should have figured out to find your stuff on this site.
And common first the simple Google site does not harm your cell phone plan at all (at least not more then the mobile version of delica.ca), and second it would be WAY faster for you just to use Google to get a straight answer right away. Actually posting this question took you probably twice as long.
Anyway, not sure way posting a link to the right answer did not help you

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
Its not a Mortal sin to not use the search botton before posting, this is a delica site for tech, socialization, getting to know other delica people and their insites , ideas, new ideas that may not be in a 2 year old post from the search button, its not a tech only ,only speak/type if you cant find a yes or no answer in a search. I know everything is always changing, but lately most of the posts have someone saying why dident you search it or something along those lines. seems to be getting a more militant feel lately with a site that only has one rule. must make a positive contribution, well its not a positive contribution to constantly slap people on the wrist for talking or asking things . its loosing the community feel its been so loved for .

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
I agree Noel, but I think there is a difference between asking for specs and asking for help, advise, opinions etc even if it has been posted over and over again. Also between new members who might be unaware of this little company called Google or old members who know about how to find stuff on this forum. It seems like people getting lazy to use the search and that's why more and more members revere to it. And to be honest it takes more time for a person to post their spec question then it would to find the solution.
Also I don't see any harm to anybody if you "highlight" the great advantage of the search but still include the solution in your post.

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
Why do we bother having a forum if all the information that is
initially offered is 'use the search'
If you don't feel like posting something contributing to the
question just dont.
I had one person put the information on the thread.
The rest of you just whined about the search button.
You are putting just as much garbage on the thread as
those people you are complaining about ruining your own.
I have used the search button countless times. In that case
I couldn't. Why talk to me about using google on my phone.
That's just stupid. Sometimes trying to find information
in the technical forum is just plain difficult since so many people
just jump in and start talking about other crap not on the
line of the original intent of the poster.
It's like kindergarten where all the kids start talking about
everything other than what the teacher was asking for.

Re: Need specs for front wheel alignment
Hey while we are all here anyways ..... if I crank my torsion bars to lift the front an inch or so do I have to get an alignment done?
My snow tires rub just a teeny bit when I'm braking and turning and hit just the right sized bump.

Check Delicats post on this. Step by step procedure with pics.
Edit Here --> I forgot to mention your rubber stoppers may need a shave -Delicat just removed his with no ill effects
