This is the quick fix for it.
Part # for the front window guide clips MB421735 (order 2, $5.11 each, available from your local Mitsubishi dealer) Lets you wind the window up normally instead of using fingers or suction cups to try and pull the window closed at highway speed. Installs under the window runchannel about 6" down on the A pillar part of the window frame. Peel the seal back (just pulls out), look for the mark where the old one used to be, pop new one in, reinstall seal. If you have the vent visors on your front windows, these may not fit.

FWIW, it appears that there are literally only 4 left in North America, at least according to the local Mitsu dealer. If your window has this issue, get on it!

There were none in NA when I ordered mine on a Friday. They came in on the next shipment the following Wed.
Most monsoon guards have a little cutout where the clips go, so you can have both.
I found this all out when I removed my monsoon guards for the winter 2 years ago. They work like a charm.
