L400 highroof Roof rack cross bars

we are starting a production run of L400 High roof Delica roof racks, 2 versions are being made, first version is similar to the above picture, but in 1x3wide, Extremly strong thick wall roof racks, Last years production was 1x4wide, but the 1x4 is not in production any longer .

The second version is also very strong, but has a 1.5" round cross bar , easier to put a roller on it or some roof top boxes...
I will post a pic of the round stock one in the next day or so,
cost is $400 with all stainless hardware

This is the newer style of cross bars we are making, its a little easier to mount a roof top box to with the round cross bar, and we designed it to alse be able to Fully open the sun roof with a basket or roof top carrier on the racks.
What do you think?

Yes, I will make some for Lowroofs, but I need one for a couple hours get proper measurments from, I know they are a low roof, but there is a big difference in the width of the lwb -swb so I wouldent want to make any cuts until I know for sure what I need.
for the round tube ones vs 1x3 we put in a gusset on the bottom for added strength and U bolts work VERY well to secure racks & boxes... any one with a low roof want to have a timmys while some measurments are taken for production purposes....?
