Re: teardrops and tiny trailer site for camping mod ideas
ive been a memeber for some time. the guys there are pretty talented.
i was torn between buying a TD or building.
then i was introduced to delis, and it was love at first site.
i found one already camperized with a stove, table and H2O tank.
i consider myself fortunate considering i didn't have to do any major mods to it.
i just have to get off my lazy arse(no other excuses...
) and do the electrical mods i have in mind.
i just wish it would warm up and stay dry a few days; maybe then i can git er done!
good luck with your future mods.

Thanks for the link! There are some real great ideas. I am planning to build a "toy hauler" type trailer with a roof top tent on top. I will probably start with a 5' X 8' utility trailer. Meanwhile, I am also planning to beef up the suspension of the Boler.

I have a 14" trillium that I'll be pulling with my future Delica.
How do they pull with the 300?

Thanks pattonmaclean! Trillium will be fine and they weight about the same as a Boler; just a bit slow on hills. Watch out for overheating (engine and AT) during hot summer days though. Stay away from Highway 3 during summer (particularly Osoyoos). If you really think towing is your priority, consider a L400.
