So who is cruising around the North Shore with 3 flags strapped to your roof rack?
I am trying to put names to the faces(Delis').
About the no wave, I was zoned today when I was at a stop light or sign and my wife said, "that person waved at you".
So whomever was driving the little Sambar ( me thinks ) in North Van and was ignored by the goof with the Thule carrier and skii racks, I apologize as I wave at everyone. I almost do it when I am walking.

I passed a Delica with three flags on the roof rack on the North Shore, I got no response. Green over grey/dirty silver? By the way, I've moved this post into "Was It You?".
