Did you ever post measurements of your custom drawer/kitchen?

If possible please post a draft to start from..

Hey David, could you measure this please? Before you get rid of your van and forget the numbers you used. It looks like it would be appreciated by a bunch of us on the forum.

Thanx.

Ok, I'll give it a good try but my van is at CVI for a face lift before I put her for sale so don't have access for the next 4 days...

But hey, if someone buys it then they can have all the measurements included :-D .

delicat, you've inspired me to make something similar for my L400. On mine I've got a cut down & modified IKEA spruce frame futon on top of the box. It's coming along nicely and I'll post pics later.
One question: Do you know where can I get thin slats of hardwood for the drawer contacts?
Cheers!

I made mine myself on the table saw. You need to get some good hardwood that will stay together as you cut it about 3/16".

Good luck with your project and keep us posted! I'm curious of your design 'cause when I looked at the 400 rear seats set up it could not accommodate much cabinets at the back.

Cheers,
David

It's coming along. I still have to make the drawers but the cabinet part is basically done and the IKEA futon which I demolished and rebuilt is looking good...
