Front Sway Bar Bushings

Post by cobsweb »

Looking for a part number for the center two front sway bar bushings.
These bushings are shaped like a D and wrap the sway bar itself.

was able to find part numbers for the other 8 bushings
you need 2 packs as each contains 4 bushings
9.8101G (black) or 9.8101R (red) both work,

Here's a pic of some energy suspension bushings which i thought would fit.

John @ Rocky Mountain Imports stocks all Mitsubishi bushings for the front sway bar.
The "D" bushings weren't listed on the website but he had them.

Just for my own knowledge - aren't those technically torsion bar bushings?

Sway bar bushings are the little loonie sized donut ones...no?

EDIT - ahhhh ok - I just realized where these bushings go and you're right they do in fact go on the sway bar....I didn't change these when I did the other ones a couple years back, so they didn't look familiar to me :M
