Niek mentioned about the possibility of having a 'downloads' section (or FAQ type of thing) where info can be stored.
This is a good idea because often some info can be lost amongst posts and when someone else asks a similar question a year down the line, no one can remember where to find it!
This sort of section would need to be 'read only' so that just the relevant info is displayed without lots of additional comments following on....
The area could be a really handy resource for newcomers (e.g. how to find and top up a washer bottle) as well as more technical data for more tricky problems (don't get me started!
