Greets Delica Owners

Post by rainforestnomad »

I'm in the process of looking for my first Mitsubishi Delica. My good friend has owned one for the past while and I have been super impressed with the machine. I though I'd pre-emptively sign up for this forum in eager anticipation of my new(to me) vehicle! I havent found any yet, however I'm waiting for the right one to pop up! I've been watching the sales forums actively, and searching craigslist and elsewhere for a few weeks now. If you guys know of any delica's for sale in the Lower Mainland or Vancouver Island area, let me know!

It sounds as if what is really important is to have the 'standard' maintenance done, and ideally this comes with the purchase. As I under stand it, you definately want these things done:

Timing Belt (for the L300, the L400 has a timing chain)
Water Pump
Radiator
Rad Hoses
External Belts
Brakes (how far do you go on this one?)

What else?

Thanks guys
