Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

I am preparing to do a Transmission oil change on my 93 L300.Just wondering what the perfered oil you gurus out there are using.It looks like it should take 75W90....

There are quite a few different oils from different manufactures so its normally down to personal preference but I have always used Castrol Syntec 75w90 oil in the 5 speeds.
