Opinions of Japan auto inc. abbotsford
Hi I'm new to this site and new to Delica's.(just 2 weeks now
) I just had a not overly good experience with a shop and need to get the work on my 94 l300 finished so I am thinking of going to Japan auto in Abbotsford and am wondering if anyone can share there experiences with them before I take my van there. Thanks in advance.

Hey... I purchased my Delica from Abbotsford Japan Auto and I get my servicing done there as well. I am very pleased with all work performed thus far.

We bought our van there 2 years ago and are very pleased with all thier service (a little pricey but very good). He is knowledgable and they like to keep thier customers happy.
CVI is also very good.
CC Autos is also very good.

Good service but more costly than average.
Just make certain you spell out in detail what you would like done and that it is very clear that they do not do 'extra' work.
If you don't do that, you may find your bill higher than anticipated.
Other than that, they service a widespread area of JDM owners that cannot make the trip into the lower mainland.

The crew at the shop are Japanese and have good experience with our vehicles. I met them not too long ago to buy some parts for my Safari and they were great to deal with. Just do your homework first (sounds like you got that under control) ie. price parts...and you should be fine.
I would also recommend CVI in Richmond but since you're from Mission I'm sure I'd just go to Japan Auto. As described above, just make sure you/they understand what needs to be done, conversation is the key!
Good luck!
