I have the two captain's chairs out of the van, but I'm left with four bolts stickinf about 3/4 inch up from the floor... They seem to be welded into the rails.
Is there a way to remove the slide rails in order to have a flat floor?

Take the carpet and insulation out and you will find more bolts for the rails.

Mine has little cut outs along the sides of the rails that let you get at the bolts without ripping up the whole carpet.
