I assume with this low price there is no compliance work (new headlights, tires) or major servicing (Water Pump, Thermostat, fluids changed, etc.) included, right?
How can you prove its not a odometer rollback?

There is no way to prove odometer tampering.

I'm assuming the vehicle is sold 'as is' from Japan and that additional mechanical servicing in Canada will not be reimbursed by the exporter.

Mechanical condition differs greatly in Japan and Canada.

Hi everyone,

As for the mileage of this Delica. We believe it is the actual mileage from the title's mileage records. The mileage is recorded as the time of bi-yearly government inspection (Shaken) and you can see the past records in the title. This delica has two mileage records (Nov 9 2007 83,600km, Nov 11 2005 74,100km ). Please find the attached image.

This is a terribly inappropriate first post but I purchased a Subaru wagon from Mike last year and it was everything he claimed. I have also purchased parts for my wife's van from Mike and the experience was very good. My current deli cost me alot more $$$ than this one, i just need more space on the driveway...
