Good afternoon,
Re-indexing tomorrow but not sure exactly where to place the jack properly. It seems quite clear where to put the stands however. Can someone please tell me where.

If you are re-indexing I would at least put the wagon on jack stands. It's one thing to to crank your torsion bars... when I re-indexed the Miss Lil' Bitchi's torsion bars I had her right off the gound on a hoist, which was a luxury. Take the weight off of the wheels ~ then you don't have to read about yourself posthumously.

Basically, jacking up th vehicle to re-touque makes it easier. You are actually trying to mechanically push the upper control arm downward to obtain lift........thus pushing up the frame and every other heavy object attached to it ( engine). Just seems easier if the wheels are off the ground

Finally got it done, but took a bit longer than I thought. Needed to take the upper bumpers off to be able to get to 2 splines. They needed to be cranked pretty far, farther that I had expected to net the proper hight. I have the front sitting a touch hight than the rear. Didn't realize how bad it was sagging. Looks WAY better now. I did not put the bumpers back on, I totally forgot until the job was done. Do they need to go back on??

Today I returned from a weekend of a-lot of mixed driving. Really shocked at the added handling of the little van. WAY more sturdy and WAY less bouncy up front. Much more sure footed in general. If you have saggey t-bars spend the time re-indexing its well worth it.

Mine are pretty saggy and too bouncy. I need to do this but I've been researching replacements first. Apparently they can break during adjustment which is why shops don't want to do it. I don't want to be stuck.
I want to compare to other trucks because I have noticed that the passenger side adjuster seems to be almost all the way up already.
Also I heard you can get improved t-bars that are 20% stiffer; only source I found so far is in the southern hemisphere. Any links would be appreciated.
