Hi All: We are looking at Delicas to buy. This is very new to us and the more we look, the more confused I get. Is there a Blue Book for Delicas, so we can get an idea of a range of prices for the different types and the range of mileages driven? Are there any 'red flags' we should be aware of?
Thanks
Shakes

In Japan there might be. And I doubt however long these vehicles are going to be here that they'd ever make it into the Blue Book.Shakes19 wrote:Is there a Blue Book for Delicas, so we can get an idea of a range of prices for the different types and the range of mileages driven? Seriously though, trawl this forum, you'll get a good sense of pricing range. Prices have come down a bit from a couple years ago, but look to spend between 6500-13000$, depending on state of wear, mileage, repairs made, repairs to be made.
Red flags? Not really, but I will say this: ALL of these vans are used vehicles. None of them are new, so everybody selling them are used-car salesmen. Some of them are going to be wearing the plaid jacket and have the cheezy tv ads, and others are going to be respectable.
Take your time, do your homework. And when you've thought it over, buy a Pajero, 'cause you're just going love it that much better.
