Camperized L300

Does your Mitsubishi L300 make a strange noise? Need wheel alignment specs?

Camperized L300

Post by FredVenne »

Good morning everyone!

We have our camper and loving it!

I do have a few questions. I did went through the forums and searching but did not find anything that explains how my Webasto (Webasto Website), stove, CO2 sensor etc. works (I do have an idea but I would like to have a manual or some advise).

So if anyone of you have the same setup, I would really like to talk with you. I will definitely stop by Woodys RV world in Calgary. But in the mean time, throw me a line!

Cheers!

Fred

Some of the parts look pretty German to me :)
Do you have a close up photo from the Webasto heater? Hard to see the model number. The controller is standard Webasto so it shouldn't be hard to figure that out.

It’s an HL 18. About the controller I understand how it works, thermostat, on/off switch, but the other one not sure, maybe it’s the level of heat you want...

Here you go. Parts of the PDF are in English as well: http://www.vw-bus-t4.de/getfile.php?get ... 8.pdf&d=sh
The full-moon/half-moon switch is to run the heater either with full or half power.

I dont' think you should take the risk to use that heater, you'd be much safer selling it to me... 8-)

Post more pictures of your entire set up, looks well designed.

Enjoy!

Thanks men thas is awesome! Why cant I find this stuff... have been looking for a whole morning...

I will post some more photos but at this point headlights are on there way to Banff, we need the daylight gizmo and reflectors. Next we bring it in for an inspection... (cross our fingers)!!!

The heater will stay in the camper, I will keep you posted with some more pictures of us enjoying its comfort... maybe I should post a video... or maybe I should go your way and show it off a little bit hehehe...

Cheers guys and thank you very much for your help, greatly appreciated!
