Victoria JDM dealer????

There is a lot on Douglas (near Bay) that has some JDM vehicles parked (no plates on them) including an L400 and a Pajero. I noticed it when on the bus. Anyone know who it is??

Timmis Motors - they have had a couple of L400s (and did have an L300 until recently) sitting on their lot for over a year now. We tried to find out more a while back, but their website didn't list the Delicas among those for sale...and we since bought ours elsewhere. So I'm not sure what they are about.

had a chance to get in there and look at the jdm there one night waiting at DQ...they seemed like some pretty good little trucks...they had prices on them, seemed reasonable

I was actually looking at those, and I called them before I ordered my L400. However, they took so long in getting back to me, that by that point I had already ordered my L400 from Mardy. They just did not seem too interested in actually trying to sell them. I do know that they took them to their shop and did work to make them legally compliant for Canadian roads. I checked them out when they first appeared on the lot and they were not originally modified to pass inspection, but they are now.

Both are SWB models, and in fairly good shape. I believe that one is an exceed, and the other a base model from what I remember.
