Shocks for 1998 Delica P35W chasis

Where in the US or Canada can i find shocks for my 98 Delica

Firstly: How could you have a '98 Delica as they have to be 15 years old to be legally registered in Canada and 25 years old to be legally registered in the US.

Secondly: What kind of Delica are we talking about?

I have it in Jamaica but can hardly find parts
