Fuse box

Post by Carp »

I am a proud new owner of a L400 and am just starting
to do a few mods. First on the list was a new radio/sound system. I went out on my first weekend with my girl and we drove out and found a great spot about 30 k. off the pavement and set up camp. We had the stereo running and to make this long story shorter, we drained the battery. I figured if we waited till morning then I might get it started. I thought if I pulled the fuse for the daytime running lights it would help. Well of course, the fuse box diagram is Japanese. In the end some fellow in a Hilux happened by and gave us a boost. I would like to know which fuse is which though.

I would recommend posting technical questions in the appropriate section and using SEARCH first.

yes, well thanks for the info and yes I will be very careful to research and post in the appropriate forum next time I seek some assistance.
Actually, this post was also meant as a form of introduction from me as I am new and this would be my first posting to the general collective of Delica fans. Thank you for your warm welcome, I feel warm and fuzzy now.

Welcome to Delica Canada, Carp :M

We try to keep everything in the right forum so it can be referred to at a later date with the least amount of aggravation. The search engine is a weak link but it does work somewhat and will hopefully be upgraded before the end of the world. In the meantime if the site engine doesn't work for a particular search then try typing
<+site:delica.ca and whatever it is you're looking for> into the Google search engine.

I remember the first post I made I got some guy out of Alberta telling me not to thread jack, which I had not intended but there you are... smiles. Get to know the forum index, there are a lot of coolios in this club forum. Also, where are you located? Get to know the "Events" forums ~ there is a mini meet at Ikea (Coq) this coming Friday (3 Dec) try to make it out, it'd be great to meet you.
