I hear you loud and clear
In fact, was checking out another Deli in BNBY tonight that was 5 speed - Ie, no tranny cooler - tonnes more room. Moving coolers to remote location is great idea......now all I need is the energy, knowhow, experience, tools, patience, and cash - I'll get there I will!

should have looked before speaking.... some day I'll learn...
I see that they are both nicely protected with a finned framework. Again, wouldn't want to squish them against rocks, but nicely guarded from road and trail crap. I see they are held by a simple bracket bolted through the subframe - the brackets or the mounting locations could be changed to allow the angle to be less steep and tuck them up a little higher.

If mine go back on they'll be black so they don't stand out as much, and also to match my front bullbars.
